Positivity
Updated: Jun 15, 2021
Keeping your mind in a positive direction is key to balancing a healthy life.
Like healthy foods, healthy thoughts are needed to strengthen, structure, direct, and output the healthy you.
Positivity isn't the occurrence of consistently happy thoughts. Positivity is active control that allows for the occurrence of happy thoughts. Positivity is allowing your mind to think in terms of acceptance, solutions, open-mindedness, and appreciation for what is occurring. This mentality allows less room to no room for negativity in thought processing.
Negativity is the occurrence of not allowing for change or for solutions, not goal-setting, not utilizing imagination and creativity, and not letting go. If you find yourself thinking backwards towards the past of something that irritates you, saddens you, sparks a feeling of depression or anxiety, that is a negative lens and will cause a corresponding negative output. Stopping these back looking thoughts through management and processing is necessary before one can turn these thoughts down or off completely. Realizing that your power of thinking and energy needs to be applied to the concepts of positivity is a very liberating transition. Positivity is accepting you as your life. Negativity is changing your thoughts in order to try to fit others as your life. It takes a change to think positive. Shifting control to you and your dreams. Focusing on what makes you happy. You can do it. You are allowed to it. Do it.
So, what are the instructions on how and what to think that is positive? Well, that is up to you, other than no negatives!! Think of healthy food you will provide for yourself, on whatever budget you have. Think of all budgets and all food provision as useful. If you want more food and more budget, accept what you have now as acceptable, and accept a plan to increase and provide, and do it! You're allowed. If you know you want more, but won't be able to have more, accept it. And move on and forward.
